1. Scope of Services
   All services will be delivered as per the agreed project scope and contract. Any additional requirements may be subject to extra charges.

2. Quotations & Payments
   Project quotations are valid for 30 days. Work will begin after an advance payment, with the remaining balance payable as per the agreed schedule.

3. Timelines
   We strive to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays caused by external factors or client-side changes are not our responsibility.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and timely access to project sites to avoid delays.

5. Quality & Materials
   We use quality materials and workmanship. Any requested changes to materials or specifications may affect costs and delivery schedules.

6. Liability
   MRS Engineering is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, supplier issues, or regulatory restrictions.

7. Warranty
   Certain works and materials may include warranty coverage as stated in the agreement. Warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.

8. Termination
   Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In such cases, clients are liable for costs incurred up to the termination date.

9. Intellectual Property
   All designs, drawings, and project documents remain the intellectual property of MRS Engineering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will first be resolved through discussion, and if unresolved, by arbitration in accordance with Nepalese law.
